However, for your and our protection, the Terms of Use of MobiToWeb are very important.
Members that violate these terms will have their photo albums blocked without prior notice.

MobiToWeb is a service for storing and sharing personal photos and videos. MobiToWeb will block images with unacceptable content and if you will not delete them your account also will be blocked and later deleted. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS
- The storage and/or display of pornography or sex-related images of any kind
- The storage and/or display of photos and videos for commercial use
- The storage, display, and/or distribution of non-photographic images
- The storage, display, and/or distribution of non-photographic images
- Blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity
- Promotion or display of instructional information supporting illegal activities
- Anything illegal including, but not limited to, illegal software, warez or hacked software, serial numbers, mail fraud.
- Promotion of physical harm or injury against any group or individual
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the media
that you post; that you have received all proper permissions and/or releases relative to all
media that you post; that use of the media you store in any public album does not violate
these Terms of Service and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will
indemnify MobiToWeb for all claims resulting from media you supply. MobiToWeb has the right
but not the obligation to monitor all activity and edit or remove any media that in the
opinion of MobiToWeb violates these conditions. You understand and agree that MobiToWeb
takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any media posted by you or by
any third party.
As consideration for the Services, you agree to:
- receive short messages about provided services through your e-Mail
- to allow MobiToWeb service to automatically send messages to the e-Mail addresses included in the buddy list specified by you. The receivers of such emails have the possibility to unsubscribe from such automatically sent emails by clicking on the appropriate link that will be given in the first such email. This will prevent the receivers of receiving such email in future.
- provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you as required by the registration process; and maintain and update this information as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate
All such information shall be referred to as account information ("Account Information").
You hereby grant us the right to disclose to third parties as needed to maintain your services. We do not share your information with third parties in an attempt to monetize your information through advertising, spam, or other devices that would compromise your trust in MobiToWeb. By submitting to this Agreement, you represent that the statements you have made here in are true and you will not use our Services for any unlawful purpose. Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through MobiToWeb.

- Not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to MobiToWeb;
MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT
You agree, during the period of this Agreement, that we may: revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and
change or cancel the services provided under this Agreement. Any such revision or change or
cancelation will be binding and effective immediately on posting of the revised Agreement or
change to the service(s) on our web site, or on notification to you by e-mail.
We cannot be held liable for any losses, claims or damages connected with modifications or changes made by us to these Terms of Use or the MobiToWeb Service.
If you do not agree with any revision to the Agreement, you may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing us with notice by e-mail.

MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
In order to change any of your account information with us, you must use your Account
Identifier and Password that you selected when you opened your account with us. In no event
will we be liable for the unauthorized use or misuse of your Account Identifier or Password.
